The G.Y.M (Giving You More) Wig Returns/Refund & Shipping

Your satisfaction is our top priority at The G.Y.M. Wig. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us immediately via email at within 5 days of receipt. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, undyed, and kept in original condition with the original package and tags attached along with gifts.

Refund steps

If you have any problems with order/product/payment, please contact us (within 5 days of delivery) before starting any return process.

If you return the items without contacting us, or after the 5 days of delivery date, we will be unable to process your refund and will make a complaint upholding our policy.

All unauthorized returns of any products will not be accepted. All return information will be sent to you after contacting us. We highly recommend shipping packages via USPS, Fed-Ex, or UPS with tracking numbers for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

After our confirmation, and upon a satisfactory inspection of the return product, The G.Y.M. Wig will issue a refund.

All refunds will incur a $20 restocking fee due to loss of freight & handling. Once the refund process is complete, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, (with the $20 restocking fee reflected) a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-6 business days for the credit to reflect.


We ask you keep your billing address and shipping address the same. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Make sure you're entering in the correct billing address that's associated with your bank card. If you don't enter the correct billing address associated with your card, the payment will not be processed.

If you see a pending transaction on your card after being declined it will fall off and it's only showing you an attempt to make the transaction. Please ship to an actual address, as we do not ship to p.O boxes.

How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 4-5 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday excluding holidays). Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 7-14 Business days depending on your location. International Shipping is 7-20 Business days depending on your location..

When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, shipping activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email.
